Electric car event begins in Oldsmar Dunkin’ Donuts

OLDSMAR, FLORIDA —  The Dunkin’ Donuts in Oldsmar, site of the city’s newest electric fast car charger, will kick of Drive Electric Tampa Bay on Saturday. The event, showcasing National Drive Electric Week, will include an electric vehicle rally and driving tour throughout the area. EV owners and participants are invited to join the tour at any of the locations, but the kickoff will be at 8:30 a.m. at the Dunkin’ Donuts, 3720 Tampa Road. Mayor Doug Bevis will start things off with a proclamation from the city and there will be free donuts with a beverage purchase for attendees.
