The Chicago-area development firm that has brought Take 5 Oil Change to Henrietta, Webster and the city of Rochester is adding a Greece location.
Quattro Development, headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill., bought property at 1607 West Ridge Rd. and will construct a Take 5 on the site, said Mike Liyeos, partner in Quattro.
Quattro 1607 Ridge, LLC paid $525,000 to 1607 Ridge, LLC, according to the deed signed by Anjolie Patel and filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office on Tuesday.
It’s the fourth property in Monroe County purchased by Quattro Development in the past 10 months for creation of Take 5 locations.
The first was for $850,000 on Hylan Drive in Henrietta, the second was for $500,000 on Ridge Road in Webster and the third was on Mt. Hope Avenue in the city for $500,000.
The Hylan Drive and Mt. Hope locations are already open for business.
