The Brass Tap offers something for every palate – on tap, from the kitchen or both.
PANAMA CITY BEACH — The Brass Tap offers something for every palate — on tap, from the kitchen or both.
The Tampa-based franchise, founded by Jeff Martin in 2008, opened Aug. 31 in Pier Park West beside Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, anchoring the corner of the new development that also includes Cosmo Nail Bar, Jimmy John’s (which opened Tuesday), and Chipotle (opening soon).
Half of the craft beer lineup of 60 is local
said Brass Tap franchisee Vik Patel. “We have a great wine selection, full liquor bar, great cocktails … live music, trivia. We have great things to do, something going on every night. Come find something different to drink, eat, a destination — a premiere upscale craft beer experience.”
The Brass Tap showcases 60 taps at a time from its selection of more than 150 craft beers from Florida and around the world for pairing with a full food menu that includes Shareables, entrees and Weekend Brunch.
The Pier Park Beach Brass Tap is the fifth location opened by Patel, who also owns and operates 33 Dunkin Donuts. The London-born entrepreneur recently signed agreements to open 10 Brass Tap locations throughout Florida.
