Tyrone Square Mall in St. Pete will bring its dining concept count to 16 through The Brass Tap.
St. Petersburg, Florida. -Around late December or early January, Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg will see the opening of the region’s newest Brass Tap. The craft beer bar and restaurant, based in Tampa, had a brief run with its downtown St. Pete location, which closed last year.
With an emphasis on local breweries, Brass Tap highlights more than 150 kinds of bottles and cans, up to 70 brews on tap, liquor and a varied wine selection. Sweet chili shrimp, Sam Adams beer cheese dip and a four-meat pretzel crust pizza are among the brand’s signature bites.
Daily specials and entertainment will accompany high-definition TVs fit for catching a sports game.
“We want to create the ultimate bar experience with an upbeat yet casual vibe,” said Vik Patel, owner of the St. Pete franchise, in a statement.
The Brass Tap operates 27 locations around the country, and expects to open 8 to 12 additional sites before the end of the year. After the restaurant-bar launches at Tyrone Square, the mall’s dining concept count will reach 16.
