PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP)- Brass Tap gave back to the community Saturday.
One of Pier Park’s newest businesses has partnered up with the Humane Society of Bay County.
The bar is hosted “Pints for Pups”, a fundraiser that will benefit the Humane Society.
Brass Tap donates a dollar for every beer that is sold from their ten tap beer category, and donation jars were placed around the restaurant, as well.
Prizes were given away throughout the day and volunteers said they appreciate all of the help they can get.
Sean Brosnan , an active board member for the Bay County Humane Society said, “We’re the counties only no kill shelter so we don’t really get any government funding at all so the only funding we get is from people in the community so its really beneficial if you could just get anyone to come out and donate.”
